A Test of your Faith

Life may not always go as planned, but through it all I can see God’s hand.

His ways are always better than mine, but that doesn’t mean things always turn out fine.

Things may still be difficult to take, but whatever the cost, my life God will make.

He’ll work things out for my very, very best, if I come to Him for my daily rest.

Jesus must be my joy and delight; I should think of Him by day and by night.

When things don’t go how I think they should, my faith in God will do me some good.

He always knows the way I should go; If I look to him I won’t go to and fro.

Even if I’m tossed like a cork in the sea, with billowing waves around and above me.

God’s outstretched arm will be there to touch; His love for me is way beyond much.

He can plant my feet on solid ground, where my path to follow will surely be found.

It will lead me into His perfect best, but all I went through was a real test.

But to God be the glory, great things He has done. On the cross Jesus died; the victory’s been won.
