My Soul is Crying Out

In one way or another , we all are hurting. Just because your hurt is not the same as your neighbor’s doesn’t mean you are not. So many times we are hurting but we hide it by staying busy, make-up, smiling faces or whatever it may be to keep it hid. When you are hurting, going through trials of pain only God can take it away.

We say our love for God is strong – yet, you can’t seem to understand what He is trying to work out in your life. A lot of times we are trying to figure out. Why?

The Bible says “Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you. But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy (1 Peter 4:12-13).” He promised you a way of escape.” He provided you help to bear your pain. Strength to put back on your feet, when weakness makes you stronger. Remember God knows exactly how much you can take and He will not permit you to reach a breaking point.

It took me years to understand through all my hurt, disappointments, and trials of life (still not exempt) to know how to depend on the Lord. In order for me to understand that I had to go through what I went through in order get closer to God to depend on Him. So when you see me crying, they are tears of joy knowing the God we serve can and will get us through anything, He’s the only one with the Power. I sit here crying because the joy He gives me inside can’t be held in.

God word says “Weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning” (Psalm 30:5). When you hurt the worst go to your secret closet and weep all your bitterness away. Remember  Jesus wept, Peter wept bitterly! Peter carried with him the hurt of denying the very Son of God. He walked alone in the mountains weeping in sorrow. In all you are going through “First you Cry” Cry until you have no more tears until you feel yourself move closer to God.

“Jesus never looks away from a crying heart. He said a broken heart I will not despise.” Psalm 51:17

No matter what life throws at you Life still goes on. You may feel rejected, defeated, broken, abandoned ,unloved and like your faith has been weakened, but God is still on His throne. He is still God .

The bottom line is faith. And faith rests on the one absolute-” No weapons that is formed against you shall prosper.” Isaiah 54:17” God Bless
