His Mercy Covers All

God never meant for humankind,
to live under Satan’s twisted lies.

If God’s children would hear His words,
they would be stronger in this world.

As the years have gone quickly by,
the lack of mercy became very high.

God saw history being repeated,
just as the Israelites did as they needed.

However, God sees us all the same,
through the blood of His Son, in His name.

Our world has turned God’s love away
and is treating others in diverse ways.

It’s God, and Him alone that has that right,
to decide who is better in His sight.

If it were Jesus instead of someone else,
would we respond quickly and give Him help?

Our Creator is constantly at work,
but some believers shirk at His Word.

Satan has so polluted minds with sin,
hoping that Jesus won’t reside within them.

“Within?” you may say, “I don’t understand.
I have helped many people in this land!”

God’s mercy is available for all,
but judging others can hinder God’s call.

When we are doing things out of His will,
He expects us to love each other, still.

Instead of waiting for God to use someone else.
get up as if it were yourself needing help.

If this hurting world would realize,
God can see right through every lie.

As followers of Jesus Christ, our Lord,
His heart’s desire is for us to do more.

More of His expression of mercy and grace,
knowing that one day we will be face-to-face.

Face-to-face with the One we have adored.
What will He say, when we’re at Heaven’s door?

Will we be welcomed with open arms?
Or will He turn us away, to our alarm.

Jesus wants us to follow the Spirit,
who will help us discern when we hear Him.

Mercy and Grace are given to all,
so, we may endure and answer His call.

It does not matter what your past says.
Let your colors shine for Jesus instead!

Matthew 25:40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

In their leisure time, Rudy and Linda enjoy the company of their two pets, Tina (Chihuahua) and Miss Kitty (Tabby). They also have enjoyed the adventure of raising their, now, 17-year-old grandson. As of September 2023 @ 7:29pm, Linda's husband went to be with the Lord. Even though this has left a hole in her heart, she is going to continue writing , as the Lord leads. Rudy will dearly be missed by all who knew him, especially his wife Linda Delgado. Until we meet again!
