The Infinite Love Of The Cross

God so desires that all humankind,
would accept His Son Jesus, in time.

To follow Him as His disciples did,
deepening our love that begins within.

Learning that His love is eternal,
reaches further than our normal.

Listening for His every spoken word,
as we begin to read His scripture.

Not only does He love us, my friend,
but His love for us has no end!

No one else can do the things from above,
even when we feel we’re unworthy of His love.

As we begin to learn more of His character,
we soon realize that He’s not a task master.

He alone can answer our questions,
for every one of them are precious.

When discipline comes our way,
we need to simply obey and pray.

Does He really listen to our prayers?
Yes, He’s hearing them with heartfelt care.

Jesus embraces each heart with love,
and covers them with His precious blood.

If you’ve never asked Him into your heart –
today-right now, is a great place to start!

Once you’ve done this in sincerity,
He will live within you eternally!

When we begin our lives with Jesus,
He is with us wherever He leads us.

Trusting in Him causes growth in our hearts,
as our new life He gives never departs.

When we, at first, have believed in Him,
we’ve just begun our journey away from sin.

Our “old nature,” of who we once were,
sheds and turns into a butterfly – like form.

Keeping our eyes on our Savior and Lord,
teaches us things we’ve never known!

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
