耶利米书23章

Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the Lord.
2 Therefore thus saith the Lord God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the Lord.
22 But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.
耶和华说：“那些残害、赶散我草场之羊的牧人，有祸了！”
2耶和华以色列的神斥责那些牧养他百姓的牧人如此说：“你们赶散我的羊群，并没有看顾他们，我必讨你们这行恶的罪。这是耶和华说的。”
22他们若是站在我的会中，就必使我的百姓听我的话，又使他们回头离开恶道和他们所行的恶。

In our house church, one of the central features is a pulpit, now this is another piece of the furniture of the church, or is it?
在我们的家庭教会里，讲坛曾经是中心特征之一，现在这只不过是教堂的一件家具，是吗？

Well, no, because this is the place where God’s servants stand and proclaim the truth of the word of God.
不，因为这是上帝的仆人站立并宣扬上帝真理话语的地方。

Of all the chapters in the bible, this is one of the strongest. The chapter that I would liken Jeremiah 23 to is Matthew 23, of all the words Jesus says to the religious leaders in the gospels, they must be the ones that really got under their skin.

Now God had criticized the people for their idolatry and backsliding, but in chapter 23 he turns his fire on the pastors and prophets.

To be a preacher and messenger of God is a wonderful privilege, but it is one of the most frightening things in the world. I often say that being behind the pulpit is the loneliest place in the whole world, there is no one but you and God.

My advice to anyone who wants to preach and to stand behind the pulpit is just this. DON’T.  Seriously though you need to have a divine calling, if you aren’t called to stand behind the pulpit, then don’t.
我对任何想传教和站在讲坛后面的人的建议就是…不要。说真的，你需要上帝的呼召，但如果你没有被召唤站在讲坛后面，那就不要。

These preachers that Jeremiah was talking about, were not called to preach. God hadn’t spoken to them, they had no message from God, so they had to make one up.
耶利米所说的这些传教士，并没有被呼召去传道。上帝没有和他们说话，他们没有来自上帝的信息，所以他们不得不编造一个。

Does this sound familiar? Am I talking about anyone you listen to- Joel Osteen or Joyce Meyer or any other of the prosperity preachers.

So how do you know a good a pastor and good minister, verse 22 gives the answer. They will draw the church and believers back to Christ.

False teachers and pastors are not just criticized, they are exposed. I don’t think any prosperity preachers like Joel Osteen etc. read this chapter, if they did they would close it real quick.
