Bound But Free – 捆绑但自由

ACTS 21

10 And as we tarried there many days, there came down from Judaea a certain prophet, named Agabus.
我们在那里多住了几天。有一个先知，名叫亚迦布，从犹太下来， (使徒行传 21:10 和合本)

11 And when he was come unto us, he took Paul’s girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.
到了我们这里，就拿保罗的腰带捆上自己的手脚，说：“圣灵说，犹太人在耶路撒冷，要如此捆绑这腰带的主人，把他交在外邦人手里。”

12 And when we heard these things, both we, and they of that place, besought him not to go up to Jerusalem.
我们和那本地的人听见这话，都苦劝保罗不要上耶路撒冷去。

13 Then Paul answered, What mean ye to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.
保罗说：“你们为什么这样痛哭，使我心碎呢？我为主耶稣的名，不但被人捆绑，就是死在耶路撒冷也是愿意的。”

14 And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, The will of the Lord be done.
保罗既不听劝，我们便住了口，只说“愿主的旨意成就”便了。 (使徒行传 21:10-14 和合本)

BOUND BUT FREE
捆绑但自由

Paul was a very focused man, he was never disobedient to the heavenly vision that he had seen on the Damascus road all those years before.
保罗是一个非常专注的人，他从来没有违背过他多年前在大马士革路上所看到的天上的异象。

Jesus said that he would have to suffer greatly for his names sake, and he had suffered beatings and imprisonment on several of his missionary journeys.
耶稣说，为了他的名，保罗将不得不忍受极大的痛苦，在他的几次传教之旅中，他遭受了殴打和监禁。

Agabus, a prophet came down from Judea, this was the same one, who had prophesised that there would be a famine fifteen years earlier.
有一位先知亚迦布从犹太下来，他就是十五年前预言会有饥荒的那位。

Now he was telling them, that their beloved Paul, was going to be arrested if he went up to Jerusalem.
现在他告诉他们，他们亲爱的保罗，如果他去耶路撒冷，将会被逮捕。

They were shocked, they were going to lose their beloved leader, the man who had built the church.
他们震惊了，他们将失去他们敬爱的领袖，建造教堂的人。

They tried to persuade Paul not to go, but Paul would not be moved, his words in verse 13, should stir us, they stir me.
他们试图说服保罗不要去，但保罗不为所动，他在第13节的话，应该打动我们，他们打动我。

What Paul said in verse 13, is Don’t stop me!
保罗在第13节说，不要阻止我！

Why this weeping, this is God’s will for my life. God is going to use this as never before, he is going to unlock the doors to speaking to kings and even to the emperor himself.
为什么哭泣，这是上帝对我生命的旨意。上帝会以前所未有的方式使用它，他会打开与君王甚至皇帝对话的大门。

You see sometimes, we don’t see the big picture, God does.
你看，有时候，我们看不到大局，上帝看得到。

Sometimes, we have people in our churches, who will go to dangerous places, we will say, why are you going there, it’s so dangerous.
有时候，我们的教堂里有人会去危险的地方，我们会说，你为什么要去那里，那里太危险了。

The words of Paul in verse 13 are the cry of every Christian:
保罗在第13节中的话是每个基督徒的心声:

I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.
我为主耶稣的名，不但被人捆绑，就是死在耶路撒冷也是愿意的.

Although Paul was bound by chains in Jerusalem and in other places, he has greater opportunities to share the gospel with influential people, who probably would have never had the chance to hear it, if he had remained a free man.
虽然保罗在耶路撒冷和其他地方被锁链捆住，但他有更多的机会与有影响力的人分享福音，如果他是一个自由的人，这些人可能永远不会有机会听到福音。

Paul saw this as an opportunity not an obstacle to the spread of the gospel.
保罗认为这是一个机会，而不是福音传播的障碍。

Let our cry by always that of verse 13, I am ready not only to be bound but to die for the gospel.
让我们永远像第13节那样呼喊，我不仅准备被捆绑，而且准备为福音而死。

Every day, someone is killed for the gospel, people are killed because of the name of Jesus.
每天都有人为了福音被杀，有人因为耶稣的名字被杀。
