20 Thus Hezekiah did throughout all Judah, and he did what was good and right and faithful before the Lord his God. 21 And every work that he undertook in the service of the house of God and in accordance with the law and the commandments, seeking his God, he did with all his heart, and prospered.

20 希西家在犹大遍地这样行、行耶和华他神眼中看为善为正为忠的事。21 代下36:21凡他所行的、是办神殿的事、是遵律法诫命、是寻求他的神、都是尽心去行、无不亨通。

SERVE, SEEK, SPEAK AND SUCCEED

服侍，寻求，说话和成功

Hezekiah was a good king, as we have already said, he did what was right in the sight of the Lord.

希西家是个好王，我们已经说过，他行耶和华眼中看为正的事。

Can we say the same thing?  Is everything we do right before the Lord?  Would the Lord approve of all we do, how we act, how we respond, what we watch?

我们能说一样的话吗我们所做的一切，在主面前都是正确的吗？主会赞同我们所做的一切，我们如何行动，我们如何回应，我们所看的吗？

Let me give you the 4 S-words that Hezekiah did:

让我告诉你希西家的四个S字：

He SERVED the Lord: It says that he undertook the work of the house of God.  He walked in obedience to the commandments Of God. He did not by-pass or shortcut God’s commands.  All of his service was in accordance with what the Lord wanted. Remember, it’s not about King Hezekiah…it was all about the King he served!

他事奉耶和华，又作神殿的工。他遵守神的诫命行事。他没有回避或抄近路神的命令。他一切的事都是照耶和华所喜悦的。记住，这不是关于希西家王…都是为了他侍奉的国王!

He SOUGHT his God, not just privately.  He encouraged all of the people to seek Him as well.  Fellowship is two-fold: It is being in communion with God in the secret place and in communion with fellow believers in public. King Hezekiah was a man of both private and public prayer.  Like King Hezekiah, we need to be active in our personal and public relationship with the Lord. You must have an authentic relationship with God that enables you to bless those around you.

他寻求他的神，不只是私下的。他也鼓励所有的人去寻求他。团契有两个方面：就是在隐密处与神相交，在公开处与同信主的人相交。希西家王是一个私下和公开祷告的人。像希西家王一样，我们需要在与主的个人和公共关系上积极主动。你必须与上帝有一个真实的关系，使你能够祝福你周围的人。

He SPOKE.  Everyone knew about King Hezekiah.  They knew that he was a man who declared the glories of the Lord. Everyone in Judah knew about this new relationship with God, King Hezekiah made sure of that. His words were like a trumpet blast going through the whole nation. As a result, everyone knew to serve the Lord and to follow Him. How often do we speak of our Lord?  How often do we exalt Him among the people?

他说话了。所有人都知道希西家王。他们知道他是一个宣扬主荣耀的人。犹大的每个人都知道与神的这种新关系，希西家王对此确信无疑。他的话就像吹响了号角，传遍了全国。结果，每个人都知道要事奉主，要跟随祂。我们多常谈到我们的主我们多少次在民间高举祂？

He SUCCEEDED.  Note the last two words…he prospered. When we have our priorities right, we will succeed, but we have to serve, seek and speak before we can have any success.

他成功了。注意最后两个字…他发达了。当我们有正确的优先次序，我们会成功，但我们必须服务，寻求和发言之前，我们可以有任何成功。

Have you got your priorities in the right order?  Maybe you do all the four S-words, but you do them for the wrong reason.  There is no “magic formula” for experiencing God’s favor in your life, but if we serve, seek, and speak of Him with our whole heart, we will experience a peace that passes all understanding, from the God who never fails.  God does not want us to just go through the motions of serving Him…He wants us to love and cherish Him, and declare His goodness to the world.

你把事情的轻重缓急安排好了吗？也许你做了所有的四个S字，但你做它们的原因是错误的。没有什么“魔法公式”可以让你在生活中经历上帝的恩惠，但是如果我们全心全意地服侍祂，寻求祂，谈论祂，我们就会经历到一种出人意外的平安，这平安来自永不失败的上帝。神不希望我们只是走过场地侍奉祂……祂希望我们爱祂、珍惜祂，并向世人宣告祂的美善。
