His Eternal Creation

Where would we be had He not set us free,
when He gave His all on old Calvary.

Our worth to Him is much greater than gold,
each a rare gem, as the Story is told.

God’s love was extended through Jesus, His Son,
willingly died and rose — not just for one!

Oh, that the world could see His love for all,
how He created what we see, great and small.

As we look up into the night, it can be seen,
how the sky wears the stars so perfectly!

The world tries to hide His very existence,
by imposing many different religions.

Religions only deceptive in nature,
meant to deter us from God, our Creator.

God’s creation cannot be replaced
and it is all around us, continuing past outer space.

Even though it’s true in the here and now,
we know that one day every knee shall bow.

Every tongue will confess without a doubt:
“Jesus is Lord,” as the angels all shout!

Knowing that our race here is finished,
we’ve earned the crown that remains untarnished!

Wearing it humbly before Jesus, our Lord,
we lay it gently before Him, on the floor.

Our work here on earth will finally be done,
and we’ll forever be with the Three–in–One!

Philippians 2:10-11 …that at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

About Linda Delgado

Linda Delgado was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. She moved down to Corpus Christi, Texas, with her parents, where she graduated from high school in 1977. She attempted to pursue a medical field, soon after. Realizing that's not where God's plan was for her, she continued following the Lord. In 1985, she married her husband, Rudy Delgado, who she recently celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary with. In August of 2022, she became a Poetry Author. She also enjoys sharing God's heart through freelance writing, as well. She is also a member of Faithwriters.com. In their leisure time, Rudy and Linda enjoy the company of their two pets, Tina (Chihuahua) and Miss Kitty (Tabby). They also have enjoyed the adventure of raising their, now, 17-year-old grandson. As of September 2023 @ 7:29pm, Linda's husband went to be with the Lord. Even though this has left a hole in her heart, she is going to continue writing , as the Lord leads. Rudy will dearly be missed by all who knew him, especially his wife Linda Delgado. Until we meet again!
