The Fellowship Of CollectiveFaith

Do you remember your first experience with Facebook? I recall it being underground-advertised as a cooler, more grownup replacement for the social media network, MySpace. At first, Facebook really seemed to have an edge nonexistent in MySpace. It was a place where intelligent socialites and professional networking types could interact in a courteous manner. But all too soon, kids caught on to its hip new look.

What started out as a serious way to stay connected for relevant information and socializing quickly became the staple social media site for all things Vine oriented and vile. Today’s Facebook experience is bogged down by commercialism; game requests (did someone say Candy Crush Saga); vulgar videos and broken-English messages. Honestly, a Christian’s got no place on the site. Even If you limit your “Friends” list to the Christian community, you’re still bound to find an ad from the secular section infiltrate your feed. It has become so bad that even the new millenniums are starting to leave for Instagram and SnapChat.

1 Corinthians 1:10 (NKJV) says,

“Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.”

Oh to be able to chat with other believers, without constantly having to filter your feed, due to the double minded nature of the network. So, imagine my surprise in receiving an invitation to join a new social networking community, specifically aimed at attracting Christians! CollectiveFaith has all the benefits of the social networking experience shared by the likes of Twitter and Facebook, with none of the secular influences found on other social media sites. The network is dedicated to the communing between likeminded believers in the Lord Jesus Christ; no more links to feeds where friends are fighting; no advertisements for pornographic paraphernalia; no inappropriate jargon. Everything and everyone is dedicated to sharing and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Site administrator, Jay, has gone above and beyond to create a space in the world-wide-web where Christians and folks curious about Christianity can come and feel comfortable. With internal and in-house links for auctions, marketplaces, musicians, and events just to name a few, CollectiveFaith is setup to provide all the services today’s Christian might need without depending on secular society’s resources. If you’re looking for a social networking  experience catering to Christians, look no further than CollectiveFaith.
