9 And the Lord said to Paul one night in a vision, “Do not be afraid, but go on speaking and do not be silent, 10 for I am with you, and no one will attack you to harm you, for I have many in this city who are my people.
夜间，主在异象中对保罗说：“不要怕，只管讲，不要闭口。 (使徒行传 18:9 和合本)

PREACHING IN SIN CITY
在罪城布道

Paul is in Corinth, a place that makes Las Vegas look moral!. It was the place to go to enjoy sexual pleasure, but in this place, a church had been started and was growing up in this terrible atmosphere.
保罗在哥林多，一个享受性快感的城市，让拉斯维加斯看起来都有道德的地方！。但在这个地方，一个教会已经开始，并在这种可怕的堕落的气氛中成长。

Can you imagine, how the message of Paul was going down, the message of repentance and faith, was speaking directly against the prevailing culture of this city. Paul was teaching the exact opposite of everything this city stood for, no wonder there was opposition. Do you wonder why you face opposition, when you share the gospel?. It is because the world hates the message of truth and righteousness.
你能想象保罗如何传道，传播悔改和信心的消息，如何直接反对这个城市的主流文化的吗？保罗的教导与这座城市所代表的一切完全相反，难怪会有反对。当你分享福音时为什么会面临强烈反对吗？。这是因为世界讨厌真理和公义。

It was a place that many preachers would have been discouraged, the Lord in these verses had to encourage Paul.
这是一个许多传道人会气馁的地方，主在这些经文中鼓励保罗。

Paul was told to go on preaching the message and not be silent.
He was told not to be afraid.
He was told that God was working through his ministry.
保罗被告知不要怕，只管讲，不要闭口。
被告知不要害怕。
被告知上帝正在通过他做工。

Maybe you have a ministry, in a difficult place, maybe you see no results. but today, God wants to say these words that were spoken two thousand years ago to you.
也许你在一个艰难的地方有一个事工，也许你看不到结果。但是今天，上帝想对你说这些两千年前说过的话。

You may feel that you are not making progress, you are surrounded by enemies, there is much persecution all around you, but God is saying to you, go on sharing my word, for I have many people in your place. There may be moral decay all around you, but keep on preaching, be not silent, sharing Jesus.
你可能会觉得事工没有进展，敌人在四周，逼迫在围绕，但上帝对你说，继续分享我的话语，因为在你的地方有我许多的子民，他们可能道德沦丧，但请继续传道，不要沉默，分享耶稣。

God will build his church in his way; he will build his church in your area of the vineyard. He worked in Corinth and he will work where you are, and you will see the results, that there will be many who are God’s people in that place.
上帝将以祂的方式建造教会；在你的葡萄园里建造他的教堂。祂曾在哥林多事工，也会在你的地方事工，你会看到结果，因为许多神的子民在那里。

Hold on to this promise of God, trust him and praise Him as you see the glorious results of the gospel, a church set apart for his glory.. even in Corinth.
要持守神的应许，信靠祂，赞美祂，因为你看见福音荣耀的结果，就是为祂的荣耀而分别出来的教会。就是在哥林多。
