2 Samuel 22:2-4

2 And he said, The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;

3 The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my Saviour; thou saves me from violence.

4 I will call on the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.

撒母耳记下 22:2-4

2 他说：耶和华是我的磐石，我的山寨，我的救主。

3 我的神，我的磐石，我所投靠的；他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的高台，我的避难所，我的救主；你救我脱离强暴。

4 我要求告当受赞美的耶和华，这样我就必从仇敌手中被救出来。

What comes out of your mouth is really important.

大有能力的赞美
你口中所说的话非常重要。

Sometimes I get very down and depressed, all the focus is on me and my problems, it’s all about me.

有时候我会感到非常沮丧，心情低落，所有的注意力都集中在自己和自己的问题上，整个世界好像只有“我”。

The great thing about praise is that it shifts our focus from ourselves to God, can you see David saying anything about himself here?

赞美的奇妙之处在于，它能把我们的目光从自己身上转移到神那里。你有没有注意到大卫在这里几乎没有谈论自己？

Sure he uses the words: my, mine and I:
But who is his rock, deliverer, strong tower and Saviour?

是的，他使用了“我”、“我的”等字眼，
但谁才是他的磐石、救主、高台和拯救者呢？

It is not himself or anyone else for that matter, praise is giving God his rightful place, the place he deserves, it is taking yourself out of the equation and saying, everything that I have been through, all that has happened in my life is because of God’s care, love, protection and providence.

不是他自己，也不是其他人。赞美就是让神回到他应得的位置，是把我们自己从中心挪开，承认我生命中所经历的一切，都是因着神的看顾、慈爱、保护与预备。

We need to constantly follow the words of Psalm 34:

I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2 My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.

我们要常常效法诗篇34篇所说的话：

我要时时称颂耶和华，赞美他的话必常在我口中。
2 我的心必因耶和华夸耀，谦卑人听见就要喜乐。
3 你们和我当称耶和华为大，一同高举他的名。

Praise completely shifts our mindset and puts all the focus on God.
Praise also gives God what he deserves… ALL THE GLORY.

赞美将彻底改变我们的思维方式，使我们的眼光专注于神。
赞美也将一切荣耀归给神，这是他所配得的。
