You Otter Know Better

Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge in DeLeon Springs, Florida recently posted pictures on its Facebook page of a giant otter feeding on a young caiman alligator.  What’s so special about this?  Well it required good parenting and teamwork.  You see, the caiman was threatening the young of the giant otter so they grouped together and systematically took out the alligator.  The fight took about an hour and no otters were lost in the battle.

As David put it in Ps 133:l, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”  The giant otters knew this truth very well and it led to not only a victory, but a nice caiman dinner.
