God’s Gift Of Grace -A Christmas Poem

It’s that time of year to buy gifts and have fun,
but the greatest gift of all is Jesus God’s son.

It’s because of grace to earth He came,
salvation to all who call on His name.

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Salvation by grace, and grace alone,
for by His death from sin, He did atone.

By grace, you have been saved through faith. And this is not of your own doing, it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8).

We’re all sinners who fall short of God‘s glory.
That is why we have the Christmas story.

The story of love, redemption, and grace,
for all those part of the human race.

”For God so loved the world that whosoever shall believe in him shall have everlasting life (John 3:16).

Jesus is the Savior for all who believe,
His free gift of  grace for all to receive

His gift of grace is for rich and poor.
Jesus is the open door.

The door of forgiveness, redemption, and grace,
no matter the culture, color or race,

The gift of salvation is free, indeed,
wrapped in grace for those in need.

It’s not wrapped in paper with ribbons and bows,
but with God‘s love on you bestowed.

Christmas is the story of grace,
coming down to the human race.

”Jesus, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself by taking the form of a servant being born in the likeness of men (Phil. 2:6-7).

Choose Him as your savior today.
Jesus born as a baby is the only way.

There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven, given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
