Living Waters Do Flow-Jesus Tells Me So

 Living Waters Do Flow

In ancient times the prophets spoke, of rivers pure and sweet,
From desert land where thirst invoked, the promise they would meet.
The living water, Christ proclaimed, to all who would believe,
A fount of grace, forever named, where souls would be reprieved.

He stood amidst the crowded throng, on feast’s most sacred day,
“Come drink of Me, be filled, be strong,” the Savior’s voice did say.
“Out of thy belly,” Christ declared, “shall flow these waters free,
A testament to hearts that dared, to trust and follow Me.”

The world may thirst in deserts vast, where hope is all but lost,
But living water’s steadfast, cast, a stream that bears no cost.
For those who drink of Christ the King, no thirst shall they endure,
His Spirit’s wellspring, joy will bring, a cleansing pure and sure.

From deep within, a river flows, refreshing weary hearts,
It heals the wounds, the pain it knows, and strength anew imparts.
Each drop a sign of love divine, of mercy ever near,
A constant, holy, sacred sign, that banishes all fear.

Our faith, a seed that blossoms bright, in fields of fertile grace,
With living water, every night, it grows in holy place.
No drought can steal the life He gives, no storm can cause to fade,
For in His love, the Spirit lives, and we are unafraid.

Reflect upon the Savior’s call, to drink of endless life,
His love will catch us when we fall, and ease our deepest strife.
He bids us come, and taste His peace, His river to embrace,
And in this flow, our souls release, to rest in His sweet grace.

As rivers carve the rugged stone, His truth will shape our soul,
Transforming hearts to be His own, and making broken whole.
For living water’s timeless flow, no boundaries can confine,
In every heart, His love will grow and evermore will shine.

“Heavenly Father, we thank Thee for the living water, a gift of endless grace, that flows within our hearts and souls and fills each sacred space. Sanctify us with Thy truth, as Scripture has proclaimed, that we may honor Christ the Lord, and glorify His name. May Thy Spirit’s presence flow, like rivers pure and bright, to guide our steps, and lead us on, in paths of holy light. Strengthen us to share Thy love, with every soul we meet, and let Thy living water cleanse, and make our joy complete. In Jesus’ precious name we pray, with hearts full of delight, may we be vessels of Thy grace, in morning, noon, and night. Amen.”

John 7:38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

May the Lord bless you with rivers of living water flowing from within you. May His Spirit refresh, sustain, and guide you every day. May your life be a source of His love and grace to those around you. Walk in the assurance of His presence, knowing that you are deeply loved and eternally blessed.

God Bless You All

  1. A very wonderful article that explains the workings of the Lord in the hearts of those that drink from His well!
    Beautifully stated!
A void of water in any area on earth that doesn’t cross over its path, results in no growth in life. It is essential to have water. A seed that falls to the ground cannot blossom if no resource of this refreshment is present is an example in nature as to its importance. So put that equation in the spiritual realm and we have a dry desert in our souls. As much as people try to find purpose and joy, it is only a temporary experience that fades away.
Therefore, no matter what people attempt to do in their own strength, it is futile; just an empty existence. No real hope is present for only Jesus gives us those things. It is available through His presence when we accept it as a gift because it doesn’t come any other way.
What a powerful illustration regarding His stream of living water washing over our hearts and thoughts, smoothing out the rough edges that need to be changed in our daily lives as we stay in tune with His workings within us.
Thank you for your time spent on focusing on Him so that you could put this truth together for us. God bless.
